Trump has no “peace plan” for Ukraine
US presidential candidate Donald Trump actually intends to merely freeze the Ukrainian conflict for several years, economic expert Oleksiy Kushch stated on the Politeka video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Trump has no plan for Ukraine. Even though he says he has a plan to end the war in 24 or 48 hours, he actually has no real plan. Just as there was no plan during his previous term. In 2016, he used the same rhetoric – he said Obama allowed Russia's war against Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea, and now I'll become president and end the war," Kushch said.

“But under Trump there was a long freeze. Then about a hundred soldiers of the Ukrainian army died a year - this is also tragic, but still not a hundred people a day. Therefore, there was some bonus during the Trump presidency, but it did not lead to long-term peace. When Trump met with Putin in Helsinki, he had no plan.
Trump is using the same rhetoric now – that Russia attacked Ukraine under Biden, and that he has a plan to end it all within 48 hours. But when he comes to power, he'll try to freeze the conflict for several years ," the expert added.
