Russia has no “leapfrog” with drones, they are constantly being improved - Kasyanov
The difference between Ukraine and Russia is that it does not have a systematic approach to the production of drones. If the Russian Federation is constantly improving, changing frequencies, ranges, transmitters, then in Ukraine it’s a leapfrog.
Ukrainian serviceman, former volunteer, and drone expert Yuriy Kasyanov stated this on the internet blog "Factory of News," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"During a war, we don't need a free market, but state control over all these processes. Look at our enemy. Our enemy has set the goal of producing Shahed missiles domestically – they've built a huge factory. They've set a target of producing at least 100 Lancets per month and transferred private companies and two shopping centers in Izhevsk to state ownership, which they've repurposed for Lancet production."
"And they don't have the same hodgepodge of drones we do... The Russians are constantly changing the frequency range of drones; they're creating new video transmitters, new control panels for different frequencies, constantly changing things. And they're introducing this technology into their troops en masse ," Kasyanov said.
