Sevastopol, August 29 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – A judge of the Arbitration Court of the North Caucasus District (Krasnodar) on August 28 canceled the ruling of the same court dated August 27, which overturned the decisions of the Sevastopol courts of the first and second instance ordering the demolition of a 16-story building on the street Captain's in Sevastopol.

This is stated in the ruling of Judge E.V. Ulko.
According to it, on August 28, the Arbitration Court of the North Caucasus District received a petition from the government of Sevastopol to suspend the execution of the appealed judicial acts.
“The subject of the dispute belongs to the fifth category of construction complexity, from which it follows that the emergency situations that have arisen and the impossibility of its further operation will lead to the cessation of the functioning of transport, communications, energy and engineering networks of national importance, creating a danger for more than 50 thousand people outside the facility ", says the government's petition.
As a result, the cassation court granted the government's request and canceled the suspension of decisions of the Sevastopol courts.
The day before, the Arbitration Court of the North Caucasus District, by its ruling, suspended the decisions of the Economic and Appeal Courts of Sevastopol (on the demolition of the building) until the consideration of the cassation appeal of the Anit housing cooperative, which is constructing a 16-story building.
