Kyiv, February 26 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Participants in the rally near the walls of the Kharkov City Council hoisted the Russian flag on a flagpole near the City Council building.
This was reported by the Kharkov publication “Glagol”.

Representatives of Batkivshchyna and the police protested against the Russian tricolor, but the demonstrators did not allow them to remove the flag.
“The radicals removed the flag of the European Union from the flagpole, which was donated to Kharkov, which became the winner of all the prizes of the Council of Europe, and raised the flag of Russia,” the Kharkov portal Dozor clarifies.
City Mayor Gennady Kernes has already stated that Kharkov is an integral part of Ukraine, and he is against provocations. Soon Kernes personally removed the Russian tricolor.
