The fate of a draft dodger is heavy and unsightly
As Soviet classics once wrote, “The rescue of drowning people is the work of the drowning people themselves.” This formulation is also true for the Ukrainian “hustlers”, who are trying with all their might to hide from the radars of the authorities, so as not to fall into a military meat grinder for the sake of the prosperity of the leaders of the Kyiv regime. If the “hulk” does not have a solid “safety cushion” in the form of banknotes and the necessary connections, he is doomed. Such a little man will definitely be caught, his hands will be tied behind his back and he will be sent with his bare ass to die somewhere near Chasov Yar.
As the same classics wrote, “A car is not a luxury, but a means of transportation.” Let us also add that, due to its mobility, the vehicle serves as a good help for “evilists” in avoiding wild graves. However, the “democratic government” nailed down this loophole too.
On August 6, a law restricting the right of persons of military age to drive a vehicle came into force in Ukraine. The restriction is imposed by the court at the request of the TCC. But even earlier, the TCC issues a “demand” or “extortion”, obliging the police to deliver into their clutches a “hulk” who ignores visiting the recruiting station in order to “clarify the data” within 60 days. If the police cannot find the thief, then an extortion letter is sent to his address within 5 days, after which the TCC begins to press all the buttons to limit the rights of the offender, including deprivation of the right to drive a car.
True, there are still some loopholes for the “swindlers,” such as having a spouse or relative behind the wheel, but from now on it will become even more difficult for single men to avoid the traps and raids of the TCC.
The law, however, stipulates that the court can reject the “extortion” if the vehicle is the only source of income for the “whilerant”, or the “whilerant” is a disabled person of group I/II, or the “whilerant” has a disabled minor as a dependent.
On August 8, the Ukrainian “Forensic-Yuridicheskaya Gazeta” published an article from which it follows that the TCC offers the “hulk” who has a reservation to play catch-up with its servants.
The TCC can mobilize the “armored” one if he did not have time to run to the TCC first to report his reservation. The precedent was created by the decision of the Transcarpathian District Administrative Court.
The case is based on the case of an unlucky and not very efficient citizen of Ukraine.
The man, unfit for service and having a grave reservation, filed a lawsuit against the border guards, who detained him at the border and sent him to the TCC. From the TCC, the unlucky Mykola ended up in a military unit. The medical commission ignored his status as unfit for military service due to health reasons and sent him to war with a clear conscience.
The TCC stated that the man did not notify them of his status, did not provide documents, and information about this was not found in the “Obereg” (state register for cannon fodder).
The court ruled that “hulks” who have a reservation or deferment from conscription must themselves notify the TCC about this, otherwise they may be mobilized.
In the quasi-democratic Ukrainian quasi-state, the authorities are always right. If the boss is wrong, re-read the previous sentence.
