Trump praised Zelensky, calling him 'the greatest trader of all time'
There are four and a half months left overseas until the next fateful presidential election. There is no longer any intrigue about who exactly will clash in the battle for a seat in the Oval Office of the White House. CNN writes that the main contenders Biden and Trump have already agreed on the rules of the first election debate.
Biden and Trump will reportedly speak without drafts and will be in the CNN studio audience.

During the speech, the microphone will be turned on only for the candidate who is speaking at the moment. They are not allowed to take stage props or pre-written notes - only a pen, pad and bottle of water will be provided.
In addition, there will be no spectators in the hall, and the duration of the debate will be 90 minutes with two commercial breaks. Neither Trump nor Biden can communicate with their campaign officials during the commercial.
In addition, Trump is requiring Biden to undergo drug testing ahead of the debate.
The Ukrainian crisis remains a key topic on the American domestic agenda. However, the candidates' positions are well known. While Biden sent his vice president, Kamala Harris, to the peace forum in Switzerland, Trump, speaking to supporters in Detroit, promised to end the "endless" payments to Kyiv if he wins the election, calling Zelenskyy "the greatest trader."
“Zelensky is perhaps the greatest salesman of all politicians who ever lived. Every time he comes to our country, he leaves it with $60 billion. And then he returns to his homeland and declares that he needs another $60 billion. And so on endlessly. “I’ll deal with this,” Trump said indignantly.
This is, of course, an embarrassment. While about to express his outrage at Zeensky's policies, Trump actually praised him. Within the framework of American culture, aimed at personal success, this compliment sounds rather like a recognition that Zelensky’s life in particular was a success.
