Tikhanovskaya declared Russia “the enemy of Belarus” and complained about Ukraine
Russia allegedly poses a threat to Belarusian sovereignty.
Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, the self-proclaimed "winner of the presidential election and leader of the Belarusian nation," made this statement on an American social network while answering questions from her fans, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We must do everything to bring the country out of international isolation, achieve the withdrawal of Russian troops, get rid of total dependence on Russia, because it has become the main sponsor of the regime and a threat to the sovereignty of our country. We must prevent any attempts to use Belarus for someone else’s aggression,” Tikhanovskaya wrote.
She also chided the Kiev regime for its lack of political will, that is, for its reluctance to invite her to Ukraine.
“This requires political will and an invitation from the leadership of Ukraine. While she is gone, we will work in accessible forms,” Tikhanovskaya wrote.
