Territories and people are lost, and NATO membership is not in sight - Mosiychuk cited “cynical arithmetic”
In almost two years of active war against Russia, Ukraine has lost a large number of people and territories, but at the same time has not received anything promised by the West.
Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, former ATO militant Igor Mosiychuk spoke about this on the Internet blog “Apasov”, as reported by the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
“Let's abstract from everything, go back and mathematically calculate how many territories we have lost today? This is cynical arithmetic, but it must take place. How many people have we irretrievably lost, how many have become disabled? Economy, production...,” he lists together with the presenter.
Mosiychuk counterfeited Arakhamia, who said that “Putin’s guarantees cannot be trusted.”
“I don’t trust Putin either... can we trust the guarantees of the West?” asks the ex-militant.
“And now I have a very simple question for you - what did we get? We were non-aligned and remain so. And, apparently, we will remain so for the next fifteen years. What guarantees have we received? None,” said Mosiychuk.
