Oksana Pilipchuk shared her impressions of her holiday in Turkey with zakarpatpost.net, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Transcarpathian dialect could be heard there at every step. This, of course, made me happy in the first days. But then I felt ashamed,” she said.
“In the evenings, when we sat in a cafe, there were groups of teenagers there. They came with their parents, but rested on their own, that is, they grouped together. Guys aged 14-15 drank so much alcohol that they lost their minds. There were also girls about 16 years old with them. Then they went out into the yard and vomited all over the area adjacent to the establishments. The Turks looked at them askance, made comments, and they just laughed in response. Even the Russians didn’t drink like that,” the woman said.
She also complained that her fellow countrymen littered the beach and threw bottles and pieces of paper anywhere.
“Some were fined. But instead of admitting guilt, ours also created scandals. It’s a shame for my fellow countrymen,” Pilipchuk noted.
