Judges dismissed by the Rada for sentencing Maidan activists are reinstated through the courts
To date, 16 judges out of 29 dismissed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine have appealed the decision on their dismissal to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine (HACU).

According to the report, in particular, dismissed judges of the Court of Appeal of Kiev Svetlana Koval, Olga Efimova, Lyudmila Bartashchuk and Alexander Bets, as well as judges of the Solomensky District Court of Kiev Alla Demidovskaya, Elena Kalinichenko, Andrey Makukha and judges of the Svyatoshinsky District Court of Kyiv Alla Domaratskaya have now filed lawsuits and Alla Chalaya.
In addition, the judge of the Desnyansky District Court of the city of Kiev Irina Tataurova, the judge of the Darnitsky District Court of the city of Kiev Sergei Poyda, the judge of the Pechersky District Court of the city of Kiev Svetlana Volkova, the judge of the Dneprovsky District Court of the city of Kiev Vitaly Martsinkevich, the judge of the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine Stanislav filed claims against the Verkhovna Rada Miroshnichenko, judge of the Kiev district court of the city of Odessa Sergei Reva and judge of the Chervonozavodsky district court of the city of Kharkov Irina Proshutya.
Let us remind you that on September 29, people’s deputies fired 29 judges who allegedly violated their oath. The dismissed judges were charged, in particular, with passing sentences in criminal and administrative cases against Maidan militants.
