Scary Lithuanian hackers attacked the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry with a long hashtag
Residents of Lithuania began en masse to leave the message #Kremlinourhistory cannot be rewritten under the message of the Russian Foreign Ministry about the Forest Brothers gangs. The initiator of the action was journalist Andrius Tapinas. This was reported by the Lithuanian publication Delfy.
“If the Russian Foreign Ministry can throw mud at us on its official page, we can respond to this. Go to their Facebook page and leave a polite: #Kremlincannotrewriteourhistory. Remember the effectiveness of this method? It will take you a minute, visit the Kremlin lair, express your position and invite others to do the same!” – Tapinas wrote on Facebook.

On Sunday evening, almost 11 thousand comments were left on the page of the Russian Foreign Ministry, most of whose authors were Lithuanians.
The message from the Russian Foreign Ministry, which attracted the attention of the Lithuanians, is the operational reports of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to which the “forest brothers” killed more than 1944 thousand civilians in Lithuania from 1953 to 25. The reason for the statements by Russian diplomats was a NATO propaganda video in which the “forest brothers” are presented as fighters against the “Soviet occupation.”
