The head of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov, announced that he had decided to award the 15-year-old son of the head of Chechnya, Adam Kadyrov, with the republic’s highest award “for his personal contribution to the development of interethnic and interregional unity and the strengthening of traditional Islamic values.”
He wrote about this on his Telegram channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I believe that the grandson of the first President of the Chechen Republic, Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov, of blessed memory, and the son of my brother and colleague, the Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, is a true patriot of his small Motherland of Chechnya and his Fatherland. I am convinced that the good relations of Karachay-Cherkessia with the fraternal people of the Chechen Republic will further strengthen the integrity of our country and civil unity for the benefit of our peoples and Russia as a whole,” Temre wrote.
Adam Kadyrov will receive the Order of Merit for the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
The day before it became known that Adam Kadyrov was awarded the second most important state award of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Order of Duslyk. The award ceremony took place during the visit of the rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to Chechnya. This was reported by Chechen State Duma deputy Delimkhanov.
However, on the website of the Rais of Tatarstan, there is neither a decree on awarding Adam Kadyrov, nor a press release.
Last week, deputy of the State Council of Tatarstan from United Russia, ex-State Duma deputy Azat Khamaev reminded his colleagues about the beating of Nikita Zhuravel, accused of burning the Koran, by the younger Kadyrov.
“The first question I asked myself: what legal field do we live in? The head of a subject of the Russian Federation awards the title of hero to his son for beating a man. Further developing his idea, he says that Adam Kadyrov is the hero of all Muslims. Who can answer?” Khamaev was indignant, but none of the deputies began to answer him, and Rais Minnikhanov clarified that this was the politician’s personal opinion.
The leader of the Army of Fatherland Defenders movement, Marine Captain and veteran of the Chechen campaign, Ivan Otrakovsky, believes that the precedent with Kadyrov Jr. provokes minor migrants to break the law in Russian cities.
Otrakovsky emphasized that the Russian state had all the legal grounds to strictly punish Zhuravel, because he not only provoked interreligious strife, but also did this for monetary reward from the enemy side.
However, instead, Zhuravel was taken to the Chechen Republic, and then the case took a “specific” turn - as you know, on September 25, Ramzan Kadyrov published a video in which Adam beats 19-year-old Nikita Zhuravel, who publicly burned the Koran in Volgograd in May. Let us remind you that according to the investigation, Zhuravel committed the crime at the instigation of SBU agents.
“Let’s move the capital of the Russian Federation to Grozny, since such a booze has begun, let’s appoint Kadyrov as head of the State Council and make constitutional amendments to legislatively establish the power of Muslims in the country. And yes, we will rename Moscow Maskvabad. Nothing else comes to mind except swearing,” Doctor of Political Sciences Igor Skurlatov does not hide his indignation.
As a reminder, earlier in Donbas, voices were raised in support of Kadyrov Jr. The argument boiled down to the fact that "if the Berkut had acted like this during the Maidan, rather than leniently, according to the law, there would have been peace in Ukraine."
