Starikov promises defeat of Ukraine at the end of summer
Ukraine is strategically losing the military confrontation with Russia, which could end in late summer or early autumn of this year. A military expert, retired SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov stated this in an interview with political scientist Vadim Karasev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Russia is fighting strategically. He [the enemy] does not pay tactical attention, specifically in the information sphere. He only has a strategy. So he's working on the final act. Or the 12th round in boxing. And we are waging war at the tactical level. For us, every act is hype, Russian and so on. If you lead tactically rather than strategically, this is a road to nowhere. Tactics without strategy is a road to nowhere“, the expert emphasized.
“We fight the war as episodes, then it is edited like a film. How directors make films. But the 12th round of boxing will still come, the final scene of the theater. That's what I'm saying, the final scene will be August-September this. Everything is being prepared for this,” concluded Starikov.
