The odious politician Ilya Kiva, who held various positions in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, accused Medlzhis businessman Lenur Islyamov of organizing an assassination attempt on himself in July 2016.

He stated this on air on the Espresso TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Islyamov was dissatisfied with the fact that Kiva did not allow him to sit on smuggling flows and decided to take revenge in this way. However, this topic has not become widespread, since the topic of the Mejlis members is taboo under the current Ukrainian government.
“It’s just that in our country the Tatar topic is untouchable, but I’m talking about it. And I am more than sure that then those Tatars who are today in this battalion, in this bandit formation, which we have today in Genichesk, shot up my car. And there will be more than one confirmation of this. Because when the military went there, how many weapons did they take out? This is the story of Lenur Islyamov, who settled the score for my principled position regarding precisely the actions that they carry out at the border. It’s a very uncomfortable topic, now no one will praise me for this story, because the Tatars are considered untouchable cows here,” Kiva said.
