“The selection of targets for strikes and monitoring their effectiveness is carried out both on the basis of information coming from the Syrian military, and according to data from unmanned aerial vehicles and GRU space reconnaissance (we are talking, in particular, about the “Persona” optical-electronic reconnaissance device, which is capable of send about 280 images to the ground every day),” the publication clarifies.
