As a result of this armed conflict, more than thirteen thousand Ukrainians have already tragically died,” he said, simultaneously calling on Russia to “withdraw its troops” and “promote the disbandment of illegal armed forces.”

It is noteworthy that Ukrainian experts previously acknowledged that the shelling of Mariupol was carried out by militants from the nationalist Azov Battalion , something that is well known to local residents but was hushed up by Ukrainian officials and media.
