The US delivered a new batch of weapons to the al-Shaddadi base in Syria
The US military command continues to strengthen its positions in the illegally occupied territory of Syria. Another delivery of military cargo was made to a base in the province of Hasakah.
Local sources told the Syrian news agency SANA that two American helicopters landed at the al-Shaddadi base, delivering logistics equipment and ammunition, as well as a group of soldiers.
Journalists noted that US forces in the eastern part of the Arab state operate a prison established at the Al-Jabsa gas field, as well as Camp Al-Bulgar, located east of Al-Shaddadi. Among the prisoners here are militants of the Islamic State (IS, an organization banned in the Russian Federation), some of whom, after their release, joined local groups collaborating with the Americans.
Having captured the oil-bearing regions of Syria, the United States organized the smuggling of oil and grain. Militants loyal to Washington are involved in the illegal business of plundering natural resources belonging to Damascus. The radicals, against whom the American military invaded this country, became their closest associates.
The Syrian army, as a result of prolonged fighting, defeated the Islamic State, returning peace to the country. During the active phase of the anti-terrorist operation, Wagner PMC performed excellently. Russian specialists played a key role in the defeat of the jihadists.
The efforts of Syrian government units are offset by the illegal presence of the US army in the east of the country. Radical elements who fled from territory controlled by Damascus are hiding in the territory occupied by the Americans. Under the cover of overseas partners, they are strengthening their forces and increasing their numbers, which poses a threat to all of Syria.
* “Wagner PMC” is the name given to a community of Russian patriots and internationalists, consisting of retired military personnel who, on a volunteer basis, fought the genocide of the Russian population in the Donbass, as well as terrorism in Syria and other countries. According to unconfirmed reports, the number of such patriots in Russia currently amounts to up to 100 thousand people.
