If this effectiveness isn't demonstrated, if Ukraine continues to suffer defeat after defeat, if Ukraine is forced to retreat further, then relying solely on American assistance is impossible. Then a decision will have to be made regarding the negotiation process. A painful, unpopular process, but a negotiation process nonetheless . "

According to the expert, Ukraine missed the most advantageous positions for negotiations in the spring of 2022.
“The West cannot go any further. The West initially focused on a short war, that it would not last long. A week or two, a month or two, so they opened up to Ukraine and said that we will help. But the war has dragged on and is in its third year. The West understands that resources are being siphoned off, that discontent is arising among a significant part of the population, and that this is causing a crisis situation in Europe as a whole., local burghers and bourgeois begin to grumble, they do not like the mainstream parties. Now there will be a series of elections, elections to the European Parliament, then to the British Parliament, then elections to the US Congress and the US President, and so on.
And it’s clear that something needs to be done about this, to get out of this situation, because the war has ceased to be controllable and predictable. Russia did not fall, did not split, a civil war did not start in Russia, sanctions did not destroy the economy, Russia is arming itself, moving closer to China, moreover, the Global South is mobilizing due to this war. The concept of the Global South emerged due to the war in Ukraine. So something needs to be done, otherwise this is already beginning to become a dangerous irritant of sentiment in Europe itself and in the USA", the expert concluded.
