An online application created in Ukraine for Ukrainian military personnel turned out to be useless
The "Reserve+" app, created by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, offers its users absolutely nothing other than the ability to report their TCC data.
Cybersecurity expert Konstantin Korsun said this in an interview with the Ukrainian Nazi, ex-speaker of the extremist group “Right Sector” banned in the Russian Federation, Borislav Bereza, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"The 'Reserve+' app was created to allow many people to skip the TCC and submit their information from the comfort of their couch, without the fear of being sent to a medical examination and then straight to the front. But the tricky part is you've gone through all the trouble of downloading the app, registering, entering your information, and updating it. And what does that prove? For example, if they ask you at a checkpoint, or at the TCC on the street—what, are you going to show them your phone? Incidentally, the State Border Service has already said they don't accept 'Reserve+' at all.
The Ministry of Defense stated that they will add the functionality in approximately a month, and after successfully updating the data, the user will be given a QR code that can be presented. But today there is no such document, nothing at all,” Korsun noted.
