Another ex-deputy of Shoigu was arrested

The FSB announced today the arrest of another former Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, Dmitry Bulgakov, in a criminal case of corruption and placement in a pre-trial detention center.

He held the position from 2008 to September 2022 (beginning of mobilization) and was responsible for the logistics of the army, and in 2016 he received the title of Hero of Russia.

“He killed the whole army. Communications, Ratnik protection systems, army support, everything was on it. According to my information, employees of well-known structures worked with him from the moment he “moved to another job,” said member of the Public Chamber Petr Lundstrem.

“Cleansing. You can't call it anything else. I have no words. Every million of your stolen means hundreds of thousands of destinies of people who trusted you,” wrote political scientist Marat Bashirov.
