The frontman of the Ukrainian group “Okean Elzy” Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, who, by agreement with Petro Poroshenko, refused to participate in the presidential elections, but intends to fight for the passage of his party to the Verkhovna Rada, will help in further weakening the newly elected President Vladimir Zelensky.
