Sociologists have confirmed that Maidan is the work of Westerners (VIDEO)
Kyiv, November 20 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Less than twenty percent of Ukrainian citizens took part in Maidan protests throughout the country, and most of them represented Western Ukrainian regions.
The corresponding results of the public opinion poll were presented by the director of the Democratic Initiatives Foundation, Irina Bekeshkina.

“Five percent of the population took part directly in the Kyiv actions, and another six percent took part outside of Kyiv,” the sociologist noted. “Almost nine percent helped the protesters with food and other things.” That is, in total, almost twenty percent of the population, this is a significant number, in one way or another took part in the events of the Maidan directly. What is true - and this should be paid attention to - was mainly people from Western and Central Ukraine. Moreover, especially from Western Ukraine.”
At the same time, it was said that in the eastern regions, and even in the Donbass, two to three percent of the population took part in those events, which, according to the sociologist, is also quite a lot quantitatively.
