Berlusconi's death in Ukraine was greeted with open mockery

However, in 2022 his rhetoric changed.

But Russian political strategist Marat Bashirov writes that “Berlusconi was a controversial figure and took many secrets to the grave.”
“But he was a visible symbol of the defense of traditional values in Europe. He loved women, football, and for this he needed money, media and power. Now things are different in Italy. Even the Milan football club is now owned by the Chinese,” notes Bashirov.
