The situation in Ukraine is revolutionary, a budget crisis is looming
The lower classes, who refused to vote in local elections, will begin to rock the revolutionary situation while the powers that be are busy with a big battle for the budget.
This forecast was voiced by Ukrainian political scientist Yuriy Romanenko on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Now is the ideal time for revolutionary parties because this is a revolutionary situation facing the state. Well, it’s really revolutionary, since the upper classes cannot, the lower classes do not want to. And this contempt of the lower classes, who did not go to the polls, shows that the system has again become completely delegitimized.
Second, there will be a very serious budget crisis, and this budget crisis will be associated, first of all, with a big battle for the budget, which will now begin between Akhmetov and Kolomoisky before the New Year,” Romanenko described the situation.
“The budget crisis will have very serious consequences, because, seeing that the Center is not coping with budgeting, the locals will demand that budget flows be pulled over and demand that there really be more left over.
And by the way, I support them very well. Because if the center is unable to manage these budget flows rationally, and morons transfer money from the covid fund to the construction of roads and the police, not to mention TV series, then why bother (taxes from the provinces - ed.) give it to the Center?” – added the political scientist.
As PolitNavigator reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine previously approved a draft resolution allowing use budget fundsallocated for the fight against coronavirus for the filming of “patriotic” films and TV series.
