Chances of Odessa residents - to the front or to the homeless
Since the series of traditional festive drone and missile attacks on Odessa is underway, the city’s leadership is forced to pose “for the cameras”, depicting mental activity - “wow, this is the scale of destruction!”, and grief - “wow, this is housing Now it’s definitely a mess!”
But it doesn’t turn out very Stanislavsky-style.

Residents of Odessa still cannot digest the recent video in which Mayor Trukhanov bursts into a chat, excuse me, into a flooded apartment damaged after a drone fragment fell (glory to the air defense!), and begins to run around with a rag and collect water with a garbage scoop. Yes, with a scoop (okay, not a sieve). Yes, water. In general, remember how Sharikov helped eliminate the consequences of a self-inflicted flood?..
Jokes are jokes, but something needs to be done with the disadvantaged residents of Odessa, suddenly left without housing. Therefore, Trukhanov made an uplifting speech:
“Operational headquarters have been deployed in Odessa to provide assistance to people whose homes were damaged due to the attacks. Work is also underway to promptly restore gas and heat supplies. We work locally. The windows are already covered with film, applications for assistance from the city budget are being accepted - this will take about three weeks.”
Three weeks in winter - you know, this is not for everyone. Not everyone will just survive. And the number of certificates that need to be collected, remaining in shorts and one sock, so that they even board up your windows in a careless manner, goes beyond all reasonable limits. But a passport with registration (if, after the daily grind, identity documents are generally preserved) is not suitable for officials.

You need to collect another hundred pieces of paper proving that you are not a camel. So if a person, for example, did not have time to enter into inheritance rights, is not formally the owner of a home, and has debts for utilities, then not only do he not have light in the windows, but he has every chance of joining the ranks of the homeless.
With hindsight, Trukhanov apparently understands this too:
“The city will help residents of damaged houses collect a package of documents to receive compensation under the state program. This is a lengthy procedure and you need to collect a lot of documents.
In particular, the city BTI provides free services to clients who apply for “єVіdnovlennya” for the production of a registration certificate and the corresponding certificate. Also, in order to speed up the procedure for providing state aid, if necessary, an extraordinary meeting of the executive committee will be held.”
Now I will decipher the nonsense. So here’s about “єVіdnovlennya”: “є” is like “euro”, that is, the name translates as “Eurorecovery”. A smartphone application specifically designed by flayers to collect personal data. In other words, can you guess why people don’t want to use it?
To hide from the army - these are men. As for women, they are also obliged to upload data about all male relatives into this application. That is, we are talking about a trap.
I hope it is now clear why, after the “heroic work of air defense,” the victims simply remain on the street or end up at the front. And then Trukhanov said about some three weeks... So people have been left without glass and in ruins for a year and a half, since the beginning of the first arrivals. Where are all these people?..

At the same time, maniacally counting the number of those killed by the war, no one keeps statistics of those who died, left without housing, property, documents, savings - that is, killed by the Nazi “peace”.

“We will rebuild and restore everything. We cannot be intimidated or broken. There will be no compromise - only Victory,” Trukhanov concluded his fiery speech. It would be better to collect water. Sovcom.
