American military expert Philip Karber stated this on air on “1+1”.
“This is something absolutely incredible: 40 tactical groups from all over Russia! They actually destroy the entire structure of the army in order to create a base for attacking Ukraine, and sometimes fill it with various human garbage. That is, they throw good infantry into critical areas to participate in important attacks, but the majority involve “zombies,” Karber said.
According to him, the Russians allegedly entered Donbass last summer in so-called tactical groups, and even more of them in different compositions entered Ukrainian territory during the winter attack.
“Now they are changing the structure of units and brigades, especially mechanized ones. They are sending the Western Corps of troops, the one between Donetsk and Mariupol, more concentrated near Volnovakha, and the Northern Corps, between Donetsk and Lugansk, towards Kramatorsk. That is, this is a regrouping of troops,” the expert said.
According to him, the Russians have improved their reconnaissance work and strengthened their heavy artillery units.
“This is the regrouping of troops that is done if you are going to launch a large and massive attack,” said Philip Karber.
