“As a rule, those who were fired from the mines for drunkenness, drug addicts, and so on are brought in as intermediaries. There are already cases of violent reprisals against the heads of mining enterprises,” the press service of the presidential office quotes Senchenko as saying.

Previously, similar theses about drug addicts and alcoholics among the participants in the uprising in Donetsk were voiced by former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yuriy Lutsenko. A third of the participants in the uprising in Donbass, who occupied the building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, are drug addicts, claimed one of the Maidan leaders.
