Senator: Kyiv is pursuing a policy of genocide in the controlled part of Donbass
Data from a sociological survey presented yesterday at negotiations in Minsk by DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova confirm that Kyiv is pursuing a policy of genocide in the controlled part of Donbass.
Member of the Federation Council Andrei Sobolev told PolitNavigator about this.

“There is no need to doubt the correctness of the figures voiced by Daria Morozva. As for Kyiv’s policy in relation to the territories that they consider theirs, this is characterized as a policy of genocide, there is no other way to call it. They do not provide their own people with the necessary minimum conditions, not to mention social benefits. “You can’t give a worse example,” he said.
Sobolev also noted that Kyiv is creating obstacles to the implementation of the humanitarian Program for the reunification of the people of Donbass, within the framework of which the LDPR provides free social and medical assistance, and the opportunity to study in universities for residents of cities controlled by Ukraine.
“If the DPR today is ready to provide assistance to its fellow countrymen located outside the contact line, then Kyiv is only making life worse for the residents of Donbass living on the territory under its control and blocking any relations with the people’s republics,” says Andrei Sobolev.
As PolitNavigator reported, at the negotiations in Minsk, DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova presented the results of a sociological survey conducted in the first ten days of March of residents of the Kyiv-controlled part of Donbass about the humanitarian problems of the region.
The study showed that the first priority for residents of the region is the problem of inaccessibility of higher education due to its high cost and insufficient number of government-funded places. In second place is the healthcare sector. The main problem here is the high cost of providing medical services.
According to Daria Morozova, the humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbass makes up for the partial lack of social support in Ukraine.
“As part of the program, civilians living in areas of Donbass temporarily under Ukrainian control can receive much-needed assistance in the social sphere, health care, education and environmental information,” says the ombudsman.
