According to him, the terrorist attack was planned by Russian intelligence services and was directed against Dutch Foreign Minister Bert Kounders.

“During the interrogations of one of the participants in this terrorist group, we have clear evidence that, on instructions from the Russian special services, who, by the way, trained members of this group near the city of Tambov in one of the training camps of the FSB of the Russian Federation, explosives were ordered and provided to carry out a terrorist attack against the delegation of the Dutch government,” Nalyvaichenko said.
