The SBU announced the exposure of the “Bulgarian underground” in Odessa. Representatives of the national minority were declared agents of the Kremlin for attempting to hold a protest.
The emergency message was announced today at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the SBU's office, Oleksandr Tkachuk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“On April 13, with money from the Kremlin and organizations from the Russian Federation, a fake protest was planned on the territory of Odessa, allegedly of the Bulgarian ethnic minority that lives in the Odessa region. This protest was organized and financed from the territory of the Russian Federation. It was built on a non-existent problem, allegedly, of infringement of the Bulgarian minority in Ukraine...
The organizers of the action were the same people who tried to provoke mass riots on March 31 in the Lviv region by blocking the Lviv-Ravva-Russkaya highway due to the alleged infringement of the rights of ethnic Poles on the territory of Ukraine.
The organizer of the action in the Odessa region was Nikolai Dulsky, the head of the so-called Ukrainian right-wing organization “Nazhdak”. As is known, this person is now hiding in the Russian Federation,” Tkachuk said.
