According to him, regardless of the decision of the court or the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to cancel the registration of pro-Russian organizations, for the SBU they are all enemy and illegal.
“We are fighting them by opening criminal cases against the leaders and sponsors of these organizations, by prosecuting, arresting and bringing them to justice.
These organizations are prohibited, they are deregistered by the Ministry of Justice, and their activities are prohibited. For us, they are all illegal,” Nalyvaichenko noted.
At the same time, he emphasized that the SBU’s enemies are also the former leaders of the Party of Regions, who did not become people’s deputies of the new convocation.
“The latest decision of the SBU regarding the leaders and organizers of separatism and terrorism is criminal proceedings against now, I hope, former deputies of the Verkhovna Rada - Kolesnichenko, Levchenko, Efremov, and others. Other departments work in other segments of the fight against separatism. In international investigations, we work to close the work of offshore companies and foreign accounts that may be involved in the financing of terrorism,” Nalyvaichenko added.
