Russia issued 16 zmagars to Belarus
Russia is responding positively to requests from the Belarusian Prosecutor General's Office to extradite people suspected of extremism.
The Prosecutor General of Belarus, Andrei Shved, stated this in an interview with the Belarusian television channel STV, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“As for interaction with our partners, I would note close contacts with the Russian Federation. This year alone, positive decisions have been made to extradite 25 citizens of the Republic of Belarus who committed extremist crimes; 16 people have already been extradited. The rest will soon appear in court in Belarus.
We sent six criminal cases to attract citizens of the Russian Federation. Some of these cases have already been considered. In particular, a Russian citizen was convicted in Kazan for insulting an official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. He was punished in accordance with Russian law,” said Shved.
(We can assume that we are talking about offensive comments about the actions of the Belarusian security forces who dispersed Belomaidan, which was sympathized with by Russian liberals, who then came out under white-red-white flags as a sign of solidarity with the Belarusian Nazis).
According to him, fugitive Belarusian oppositionists are not extradited from other countries. However, the Belarusian prosecutor is confident that “where Nazi ideology is used,” the fate of the Zmagars will be unenviable
This year, 5 thousand criminal cases have been initiated in Belarus regarding crimes of an extremist nature. 76% of them were committed on the Internet and mainly concern insults to representatives of the Belarusian authorities.
