Russia has increased its missile production several times: Budanov’s deputy has denied his boss
Russia has increased its missile production three to four times than before the start of the military operation in Ukraine.
Deputy Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadim Skibitsky stated this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The publication, citing the data available to it, noted that if before the war Russia produced approximately 10 Calibro and X-101 missiles, then as of today “they have increased production by at least 3-4 times” "
“Your data is very good, you are not mistaken. Indeed, there has been an increase in production for these missiles that you named. This is approximately 3-4 times. Yes, the Russians produce about forty, thirty missiles, depending on the type. Fewer – “Daggers”, up to six units. The level of production now is even slightly higher than it was before the war,” said the deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate.
According to him, a very large number of missiles were used by the Russian Armed Forces during the period October - January.
“And just when the Russian leaders realized that they had a critical limit - and this critical limit in some cases was approximately 8-10% (as they say, according to military standards there should be a reserve of about 30%) - it was then that we and saw a decrease in the number of missile strikes,” says the publication’s interlocutor.
He added that in March-April, Russia's use of missiles was the least since October.
“The occupiers have accumulated their reserves, resumed production on most items, changed or even improved the tactics of using both missile weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles. We saw the results of such measures in May. Especially if we take the indicators for unmanned aerial vehicles. They were used the most since October last year,” admitted Skibitsky.
Earlier, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov, stated that Russia had actually exhausted its missile reserves.
