This was stated on Radio NV by SBU Colonel Roman Kostenko, Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense and participant in the punitive operation against the LPR and DPR, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Russia still has the capabilities and resources to strike us, and not just two or three times, as they sometimes say: there are two or three attacks left. They didn't have enough for two or three attacks. Therefore, we must replenish the ammunition of our air defense, we must all go to shelters and understand that Russia can still terrorize us for a long time, and Russia has already learned to replenish its reserves,” Kostenko said.
“Despite the sanctions,” the radio presenter noted.
“Sanctions are a completely separate matter. We need to talk separately about how these sanctions work. Yes. Even despite the sanctions. We must understand that Russia still has potential, and they have the ability to now produce missiles, their entire range, which we use,” the ex-deputy confirmed.
