Russia goes on the offensive on the diplomatic front – Karasev
Russia is emerging from isolation and, together with China, is an important party in resolving the Middle East crisis.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the air of the Politeka internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“China and Russia – they have good relations with the Arabs, and with the Palestinians, and with Israel too. Putin called, there was a conversation between Putin and Netanyahu, and with Xi too. They expect to emerge as two countries, plus others that can, as they say, take into account the interests of Israel and Palestine, the entire Arab East,” the expert said.
“Tell me who has already submitted a resolution to the UN Security Council to resolve the Palestinian issue. Russia is already on a diplomatic offensive there. This is a return to the big game of diplomacy, and this is not good news for us. Because they emerge from isolation as peacemakers,” Karasev said.
