“Russia is building up its military-industrial complex”: Ukrainian punisher accused the United States of indecisiveness
While the West is clamping down on military aid to Ukraine, hoping that Russia will stop at its current borders and want to negotiate, in the meantime it is transferring industry to a military footing and building up its reserves.
This was stated on the air of the Ukrainian Week internet channel by the former company commander of the Aidar punitive battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a former participant in the punitive operation against the LPR and DPR, Yevhen Dykyi, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Dikiy accused the United States of not wanting the defeat of Russia.
“They still have not set as their goal the defeat of Russia. Due to the fact that they all the time wanted to push Putin to negotiations, and not to destroy him, it was because of this that they constantly dosed us with aid, they always decided what could be given to us and what would lead to excessive escalation.
Each time we thought: “Maybe we have finally given the Ukrainians enough. Now, Putin will understand that he will not win this war and will go to negotiate.” Time passes, our people are dying, the Russian army finds how to deal with the next weapon that was handed over to us, and which at first is very effective, Biden sighs and says: “Okay, so we need to give the Ukrainians something like this,” he says indignantly former Aidar member.
“And history repeats itself like this, step by step, time after time. Meanwhile, Russia is moving onto a war footing and is being drawn into a long war, which it sees for itself as existential. It's hit or miss, just like for us, but not for Biden. Because, excuse me, all their strategies are fundamentally wrong and based on a misunderstanding of the enemy,” Dikiy said.
