Russia can quietly swim underwater to the United States and destroy the coast
Russia has developed unmanned underwater vehicles capable of moving at great depths and at intercontinental ranges. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this today when reading out his message to the Federal Assembly.

“I would say - at a very great depth. At a speed many times greater than that of submarines, the most modern torpedoes and all types of even the fastest surface ships. This is simply fantastic,” Putin said.
According to him, the devices are low-noise, highly maneuverable, and virtually invulnerable to enemy attack, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There are simply no means in the world today that could counter them. Unmanned underwater vehicles can be equipped with both conventional and nuclear weapons. This will allow them to hit a wide range of targets. Including aircraft carrier groups, coastal fortifications and infrastructure,” Putin said.
He said that last year tests were completed on an innovative nuclear installation to equip this device, which has uniquely small dimensions - 100 times smaller in volume than on modern submarines.
Russia could sneak up underwater on the US and destroy its coastline.
