Russia is preparing an offensive in six directions
In case a political solution to the Ukrainian problem cannot be found, Russia is preparing a large-scale strategic offensive on six fronts towards the end.
A military expert, retired SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov stated this during a round table in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Russians are now leveling the front. They found the tactics used in modern warfare involving unmanned aerial vehicles. Therefore, when they level the front, they will be ready to conduct a large-scale strategic offensive operation. They will pass in several directions. There will be a main blow, a secondary one, and a distracting one. And these are six directions.
If they have saved up, it means that no one will just keep soldiers for six months. If the soldiers are not in combat condition, the decomposition of the personnel, drunkenness, and a decrease in the level of combat readiness immediately begins,” Starikov said.
In his opinion, a major offensive could begin by the fall if no other solution is found by then.
“Therefore, this chaos will occur for 3-6 months, and if there is no political solution related to the fact that Putin is now announcing negotiations. And if there is no solution, then they will carry out a strategic operation.
There will be an air operation until the first quarter. And then they will move on to classic operations related to the ground component,” the expert concluded.
