Member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation from Sevastopol, Andrei Sobolev, stated this on air on the Russian Channel One.
“This is not a political moment, but a social one. People will start leaving. Businessmen have already found themselves in Europe. The mass of the intelligentsia of Ukraine will also go there - who have not found themselves either in production or in science. And most importantly, the youth who today are trying to avoid the army by any means. She will leave the war in Donbass. There is a huge demographic hole ahead,” the senator said.
