Rossiyskaya Gazeta: The southeast will not disarm and will not recognize the May elections
Moscow - Kyiv, April 21 (Navigator - Mikhail Stamm) - The government "Rossisyskaya Gazeta" spoke about Kiev's tricks at the Geneva negotiations, as well as the fact that the Southeast does not recognize the presidential elections on May 25 and demands the removal of Taruta and Kolomoisky from gubernatorial positions .

In particular, while seeking the liberation of administrative buildings in the southeast, the Ukrainian authorities refused to clear government institutions in the western and central regions, as well as in Kyiv, of Maidan supporters.
There are no signs indicating the withdrawal of the armed forces and intelligence services of Ukraine to places of permanent deployment from the south-eastern regions or the real disarmament of the “Right Sector”. Arrests of people who express their opinions about the future state structure of Ukraine that differ from the position of the current authorities continue to continue. At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities make only vague promises that the future constitution will take into account the demands of the Russian-speaking population and expand the powers of the regions. In a word, everything is happening according to the scenario proposed by one of the newly appointed Ukrainian officials in the southeast: “We must promise them (the protesters) everything they want. And we’ll hang them later.”
As RG learned, Geneva rejected the proposal of the Ukrainian delegation to condemn in the document, in addition to manifestations of “extremism, racism and anti-Semitism,” the threat of “terrorism.” This did not prevent Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk from announcing, as if nothing had happened, the very next day after the meeting in Geneva that the Geneva statement condemned “terrorism.”
Another equally cunning move by Kyiv involved the wording of the amnesty for protest participants. According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the Ukrainian minister insisted that the amnesty be granted to those who surrendered their weapons and had not committed serious crimes. This meant that those who participated in peaceful protests without weapons were not eligible for the amnesty. Kyiv needed this ruse to prevent the release of Pavlo Gubarev, the people's governor of Donbas, who had been arrested without a weapon. Ultimately, Kyiv's amnesty proposal was rejected in favor of a broader amnesty for all protest participants who had not committed serious crimes.
The southeast does not believe Kyiv’s statements. Only when the Kyiv authorities disarm the militants and declare an amnesty for political prisoners will Donbass take reciprocal steps, writes the government newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
In addition, according to the publication, the southeast, following the advice of the Maidan, demands that people included in the top hundred of Ukrainian rich people should not again gain access to power. In other words, we are talking about the non-recognition of the presidential elections of the oligarchs Poroshenko and Tymoshenko and the removal of the oligarchs Taruta and Kolomoisky from their gubernatorial positions.
