The Russian army gets the opportunity to go on a counteroffensive - expert
For the Russian army to go on the offensive, all that is needed is the political will of the Russian leadership.
Military expert Konstantin Sivkov stated this on the air of the Den TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Today, the Russian Armed Forces, with the composition they have, can carry out an offensive operation, now we can say - on two fronts, during the Great Patriotic War, to encircle this group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which can last a matter of days - a week or two. Then it will take another month and a half to three for its complete destruction and capture.
At the same time, the Russian Armed Forces, after encircling this group, can develop an offensive against Kyiv and all the way to Lvov. In general, the entire territory of Ukraine, as I already said, with political will, can be liberated within a few months. In any case, this territory may well be cleared before November, before frosts. But this requires political will and political determination to do this, despite threats from the West,” Sivkov said.
