The new President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, after taking office, can easily dissolve the parliament.
Former deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, lawyer Andrey Portnov writes about this in his blog.
“A completely stupid action took place in parliament today. The NF left some coalition, thinking that it was creating a problem for the elected President in dissolving parliament. No problem at all,” Portnov is convinced. – We need to sign the Decree and dissolve it. And whoever wants to challenge this can file a claim with the League of Sexual Minorities.”
As PolitNavigator reported, the People's Front announced today that it was leaving the coalition in the Verkhovna Rada , thereby attempting to insure itself against the early dissolution of parliament by the new president.
