Roslyakov was suspected of belonging to lower-level agents
The Kerch murderer Vladislav Roslyakov, who took the lives of 21 people and maimed about 50 people, could have been the work of foreign intelligence services.
This was stated by the President of the International Counter-Terrorism Training Association, Joseph Linder, on the air of the Svobodnaya Pressa internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the expert, Roslyakov’s actions fall under the scheme of training grassroots agents of most international terrorist organizations.
“In this case, there are a lot of direct and indirect facts that indicate that his actions fall under the scheme of training grassroots agents of most international terrorist organizations. Closing all information channels - he removed all memorial elements, took all photographs from the family, took all photographs from his grandmother, closed his accounts. He burned all possible communication sources. It's just not done that way.
People who carried out similar actions in schools and institutes, on the contrary, empathize with their actions, send posthumous letters, send a sufficiently large number of information blogs to different sources so that the police cannot later close this information. They designate their actions in order to show their capacity and realize their ego.
Here everything was on a slightly different plane. The nature of behavior, approach, tactics of movement, tactics of implementing explosive devices and firearms, the murders themselves, which he carried out in absolutely cold blood, regardless of the groans, screams, blood and torment of young people like himself, murder of adult teachers...
This is an absolutely mechanical action, without emotion, clearly directed, like in a computer game. And its subsequent self-destruction is also a factor that clearly fits into a certain pattern,” Linder said.
According to him, the fact that Roslyakov could have been prepared in secret is evidenced by his mother’s connections with sectarian organizations.

“With such subjects, especially at a young age, very often the special services work extremely carefully, without showing either their nose or ears. And they often work under a false flag and very distantly. He could have been examined, tracked and picked up even when he found himself together with his mother in a circle, a community of people from Jehovah's Witnesses.
This is not a representation of our Orthodox Church, it is a purely American structure. These structures began to appear at the end of “perestroika” like mushrooms. All such structures are supervised by the intelligence community of the United States and other Western countries and perform their functions of an ideological and subversive nature. This is actually a tool of the intelligence services,” says Linder.
As a reminder, last Wednesday, October 17, an emergency occurred in Kerch: a fourth-year student at a local polytechnic college shot at students and teachers , set off a bomb, and shot himself.
The tragedy claimed the lives of 21 people , and another 50 were hospitalized.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has reclassified the criminal case opened in connection with the emergency in Kerch from "terrorism" to "murder."
As PolitNavigator reported, media outlets discovered that Roslyakov sympathized with the Ukrainian National Guard.
It was also reported that the parents of the victims of the tragedy stated that Roslyakov made frequent trips to Ukraine.
Roslyakov is suspected of belonging to a low-level agent network.
