Director of the Foundation for Humanitarian Strategies Mikhail Pavliv drew attention to this trend during a press conference in Kyiv.
“Everyone sees the president’s weakness, no matter how much they swagger. Everyone sees how weak he has become in his main field - international. By and large, only the “president” of Kyrgyzstan spoke to him. And they draw conclusions. Look what is happening in the regions. If the opposition – “orange” or “blue and white” – easily begins to change the heads of regional councils, initiates a bunch of questions that generally run counter to Bankova’s opinion. This is all a collapse of power,” the political scientist emphasized, adding, however, that he personally does not see anything good for the country in this trend.
