RIA Novosti editor was offered to be exchanged for “dill” Tsymbalyuk
Russian experts propose to exchange the head of RIA Novosti Ukraine, Kirill Vyshinsky, who was detained in Kiev, with Roman Tsymbalyuk, a UNIAN correspondent in Moscow.
This is how political scientist Oleg Bondarenko commented on the information voiced by Tsymbalyuk that Vyshinsky could be exchanged for convicted terrorist Oleg Sentsov, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

He stated that terrorists, to which Sentsov belongs, are not subject to exchange.
“Nobody will change Roma, Sentsov. Terrorists are not changed. And it would be best to exchange Vyshinsky for you. Nothing personal, just politics,” Bondarenko wrote in a comment under Tsymbalyuk’s message.
