Razvozhaev said when quarantine may be lifted in Sevastopol
In Sevastopol, the quarantine regime may be reduced when all citizens returning from abroad end the self-isolation regime and there are no new outbreaks of infection in the city.
Acting Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev announced this on the ForPost internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the official, about three thousand Sevastopol residents who visited countries with unfavorable epidemiological conditions are under close attention today.
“According to my estimates, I already said this yesterday, and according to experts, we will definitely use this right and extend the self-isolation regime for next week. Then we will look at the development of the situation... We will understand for ourselves that next week we will definitely act in this logic. If we understand by the end of next week that everything, the situation has turned around - and I will now explain what this is connected with, then we will make different decisions.
Maybe some areas will be partially extended. The complete regime of self-isolation should be replaced with a regime of self-isolation in some areas, and some sectors, on the contrary, should be returned to work. We'll look at the situation. The main litmus test here is our citizens who have been abroad since the beginning of March, who have been returning from abroad since the beginning of March, when the peak of the epidemic appeared in Europe, America, the Far East, and the Pacific region. And they may have brought this infection to our country, and accordingly to our city. They are now in quarantine, in self-isolation.
We have had about six thousand such people since the beginning of March. Most of them, more than three thousand, have already passed the quarantine period and they have not gotten sick, their condition has not worsened, they are now simply continuing the self-isolation regime prescribed by the decree. But we exclude them from the risk zone. Now there are still about three thousand who arrived later and whose two-week regime has not yet completed. They are at home.
On the tenth day after returning from abroad, they are tested for coronavirus. If it is negative, we understand that they are out of the risk group and so on. As soon as this entire risk group passes through us and we don’t see what is confirmed, and this person, God forbid, he has a contact group that we have not identified, as soon as our main core leaves the risk zone, maybe Let us understand that the situation in the city will not change significantly. Because you know that now a self-isolation regime has been introduced in all regions, then we closed everything that was possible and set up sanitary posts,” Razvozhaev said.
Currently, five cases of infection with a new strain of coronavirus have been registered in Sevastopol.
Razvozhaev announced when the quarantine in Sevastopol might be lifted.
