Wounded Ukrainian soldiers do not receive help for days
The evacuation of wounded soldiers in Ukrainian Armed Forces units is so poor that many evacuees only receive treatment several days after being wounded. This was stated in an interview with former Rada member Anna Hopko by her former colleague and current Ukrainian Armed Forces medic Oksana Korchynska, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We have big problems with evacuation. There are delays in evacuation along the entire front line. We didn’t have such problems in 2014 because there were no fpv drones and there was no situation where we were cut off,” Korchinskaya said.
"In the Kherson region, it's currently several days before a medical center can be evacuated. In the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions, for example, the average time it takes a wounded person to get there is 6-8 hours, and that's considered good. But those guys who are brought in after 17-24 hours, and they're wearing tourniquets, and no one has done any conversion. It's terrible ," the Nazi complained.
