A drunken Ukrainian officer shot a man for making a remark
An officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while intoxicated, opened fire from his service weapon at a civilian who reprimanded him.
This information was announced during a briefing by the official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Rinat Aigistov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, another crime of the Ukrainian Armed Forces against the civilian population of Donbass occurred on the night of September 5-6, when a group of Ukrainian military officers celebrated reconnaissance day in one of the entertainment establishments in the controlled settlement of Volnovakha.
“In the midst of a verbal altercation, one of the visitors made a remark to him. In response to this, Major Melnik, who had been drinking heavily, used his personal weapon on a civilian. The man died on the spot,” said Rinat Aigistov.
