Putin broke through the isolation: The Ukrainian ambassador to the United States is afraid that now the fate of Ukraine will definitely not be decided in Kyiv
Putin is successfully overcoming Western pressure and emerging from his "isolation." Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Valeriy Chaly announced this on Channel 5, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to him, Ukraine cannot oppose anything to the meetings of the Russian President with Western leaders and only hopes that its fate is not decided behind its back.
“Putin’s main goal now is to get out of isolation, and he is taking these steps, this situation is happening. I think these are very dangerous signals that are happening now. Whether we can resist this is unlikely, but to prevent this from happening behind our backs, we are working on it. I can assure you that America does not speak behind Ukraine’s back. We know exactly what President Trump is saying about us, and the position is quite clear,” Chaly said.
He previously admitted that Ukraine is begging for money from the United States, presenting itself as a country that is “on the front lines of the fight for democracy.”
