If Russia carries out a local offensive operation in Ukraine, President Vladimir Zelensky will follow the path of his Georgian counterpart Mikheil Saakashvili, who was remembered for his embarrassment with a tie during the deployment of Russian troops.
This was stated on Channel 5 by the former spokesman for the Right Sector, which is banned in Russia, former Verkhovna Rada deputy, and Nazi Borislav Bereza, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Bereza, in this case, as in 2008 in Georgia, the President of Ukraine, under pressure from European leaders, will be forced to sign capitulation.
“He (Russian President Vladimir Putin - author) needs a small but victorious war. And then he will use the scenario of Georgia in 2008 to quickly give the Russians: “Look, I haven’t changed, I am who I am, I’m a macho, I’m not a schmuck, don’t get confused. So let's continue to support me."
And then someone, for example, like Sarkozy once was, and now Macron, will come to Kyiv and say: “Vova, sign. Canal to Crimea with water, sign recognition of this, this, this.” I don’t know whether Zelensky will chew his tie, because he has Saakashvili’s adviser (ex-president of Georgia) there, but I am sure that he will not withstand such a load,” Bereza said.
